How to order
To view all products currently available for purchase simply scroll along the product page. Once you have chosen an item, click on the image. You will see all relevant information regarding the item including description, product code, size & colour, the current stock level is also given. A selection of photographs taken from various angles is also shown.
If you choose to purchase an item enter the desired quantity and select the add button. If you wish to continue shopping then click on the back button which will take you back to the products page. You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon. When you have completed your shopping select the checkout button. For first time purchasers you will be asked to submit shipping & billing details. If you have purchased from Eastique previously, all details will have been saved. To change these details click on my account and choose edit address. You will now view a copy of the order, including all items purchased, shipping cost, order number and current status. Please check this information is correct and proceed to purchase. You will then be taken to the World Pay Secure Payment site. Upon completion of the transaction you will be taken back to the order, the current order status will have changed. You will also receive by mail an Eastique receipt and a transaction confirmation from World Pay.
You can view all orders purchased and their status at anytime by clicking on your account.

All other UK Mainland Destinations ( excluding Scottish Highlands) up to 25kg - £7.95 2-3 days delivery

All orders exceeding £250 will be delivered free of charge

Returns - Damaged/Faulty
Should an item be received damaged or defective please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Any longer and the claim will not be accepted. A replacement or refund will be issued once the goods have been returned in the original packaging and suitably packed. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the safe transit of the goods and to cover the cost of returning the goods. Please allow 3-4 days for your package to reach us and 7-14 working days for a refund or replacement to be issued. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. No refunds will be made to a third party. We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit, therefore we strongly recommend that you send them by registered post and retain proof of posting. We do not refund postage.
